Delighted to be a Ehlers Danlos Society accredited practitioner after completing two training programmes with them covering just about every aspect of diagnosing and managing hypermobility and EDS and associated disorders

Small, personal clinic offering general osteopathic treatment, acupuncture and cranial osteopathy.  Special interest in supporting patients with hypermobility as well as paediatric osteopathy.

It's really simple to register as a donor - you might never be asked. But then again, you might save a life.

We are saddened to share the news of Maja's passing. 🕊️
Last August, we shared Maja's story about her diagnosis of acute myeloid leukaemia and her search for a stem cell match. The response was overwhelming, and thousands of people rallied behind her in the hopes of finding a donor.

In October, Maja gave birth to her beautiful daughter, Emi, and went on to receive her stem cell transplant. Maja hoped that she would be able to accompany Emi at every stage of her life. But sadly, Maja's time with Emi was cut short...

Throughout her illness, Maja was determined to champion stem cell donation and urged others to join the registry in the hopes of giving more second chances at life to patients in need.

We want to thank everyone who helped share Maja's story and supported her search for a stem cell match. In her memory, we continue to work towards our mission of deleting blood cancer. Maja's story may have come to an end, but her legacy will continue to live on. ❤️

When you have a newborn, you're so often asked "are they a good baby?".

Well, what is a good baby? One that doesn't swear, fight and get in trouble with the law we'd say!

Babies have been tucked up warm and snuggly in your tummy for 9 months, when they arrive they may be overwhelmed and want cuddling and fuss when learning to feed (read up on the fourth trimester!). This does NOT make them a bad baby, this is all normal behaviour!

So unless your baby is committing fraud from their bedside crib or joy riding your car, please do not label them 'bad' and just enjoy those snuggles!

A small study but good news given some of the negative aspects of long term omeprazole use such as magnesium deficiency and higher risk of diabetes:

Curcumin, a compound found in the spice turmeric, may be as effective as the proton pump inhibitor omeprazole for treating indigestion.
