Our last two special furry friends belong to two of our customers, Anne and Vivienne. Our lovely Bluebird Carer, Georgia, is with the delightful Tallulah who loves cuddles and strokes from our care team, especially a belly tickle.
Thank you to everyone for sharing pictures of your treasured feline friends. It's been a purrrfect celebration of our four legged friends who mean so much to us!! 😻😻😻😻

It's National Cat Day today, and we're sharing some of our staff and customers treasured feline friends.
Up first is Sue, our Training and Development Manager's cat - Tilly.
Tilly is 14 years old, and has forged strong links in her local community by having over 4 different homes she eats from. Tilly can typically be found lurking in furniture shop windows, sunbathing and getting treats.
In this photo, Tilly is showcasing 2025's finest Halloween cat range, and we can confirm from Sue that was not overly impressed as being dressed as a pumpkin!

Congratulations to Betty for completing her Care Certificate! Betty is part of our live-in care team, supporting customers in their own home 24 hours a day, and she is a wonderful live-in carer!
So what is the Care Certificate?
The Care Certificate is where every great care journey begins! It’s a nationally recognised qualification that helps new carers build the knowledge, confidence, and skills they need to provide safe, high-quality, and compassionate care.
It covers 15 essential areas — like communication, safeguarding, infection control, and person-centred care — giving carers the foundation to make a real difference in people’s lives.
For many of our team, completing the Care Certificate is their first big milestone in care — and a huge achievement worth celebrating! It shows dedication, passion, and a true commitment to helping others.

Yesterday we received the most touching message from one of our customers that perfectly sums up the dedication, kindness, and genuine care our team shows every single day.
Marsie and Chloe recently went above and beyond — helping Arley make beautiful birthday cards when he was feeling sad about missing out the chance to make a card for his brother whilst at school.
Not only did they make sure Arley got to give his brother a card, they made two!! And on top of that, they both clubbed together to get Presley a birthday present. Amazing!
These small acts of love and attention make such a big difference to the people we care and support.
To Marsie and Chloe – thank you for showing what true care looks like. And to our customer, thank you for taking the time to share such kind words.
