Our reception area has an Easter egg display, bringing smiles to everyone who walks through our doors. All made with complete love from us here at Riverdale. From colourful decorations to charming seasonal touches, it’s a lovely reminder of spring, renewal, and togetherness.

A proper Easter morning done right 🐣🌷

Our games session was full of springtime cheer—from egg-themed challenges to a few very competitive moments that had everyone laughing. There may not have been an official winner, but there were plenty of smiles, shared jokes, and a real sense of togetherness throughout.

With a touch of Easter spirit in everything we did, it was one of those mornings that felt bright, light, and full of life 🌼

The Easter Bunnies have been hopping very busy this morning 🐰🌷 delivering Easter eggs to all our lovely residents! There were also some tasty chocolate mousses for those with special dietary requirements because in our Riverdale family ‘nobody gets left behind or forgotton’🍫✨

Lots of smiles, a few happy surprises, and maybe even a sneaky extra treat or two! 👀🐣

Our beautiful Peggy was all smiles this week after having her hair done by Linda at the salon 💇‍♀️✨

She was so pleased with her new look, she couldn’t wait to have her photo taken to show all of her friends! 😊💖

We had a wonderful visit from Nicki, who led a gentle and relaxing yoga session for our residents 🧘‍♀️💫

Everyone enjoyed taking part at their own pace, focusing on stretching, breathing, and finding a moment of calm together. It was a lovely way to boost wellbeing and bring a sense of peace to the day.

we were joined by the amazing Kiddleydivey Colchester, Clacton & Ipswich - Adults we absolutely adore this visit each and every time 😍

This is such an enjoyable activity. Gunni’s interaction with the residents is just so pure. Everyone had the biggest smiles on their faces from start to finish 🥰
