Molly has been an absolute star and assisted me in strengthening my arm which I broke back in February. After putting on a stone while my arm was in plaster I wasn't confident to go back to gym and I read Molly's advert on Facebook and suited me down to the ground being able to do exercise in my own home. The results have been excellent, my arm has gone from strength to strength and I feel fitter and more confident about my figure.

I offer personal training, sports and pregnancy massage in the comfort of your own home. I am also qualified in pre and post natal exercise.

I am a mobile female personal trainer covering Braintree, Witham, Colchester, Chelmsford and surrounding areas. I will come to your home or an outdoor space near you to conduct a one to one personal training session. I will bring all of my own equipment to each session. Each client will receive a free in depth consultation where I will take a number of health and fitness measurements and perform some exercise tests. We will also discuss your aims and goals. Based on the information gathered during the consultation, I will create a detailed exercise plan to help you achieve your goals. You will also receive continued support and nutritional guidance. [05/09/20]   ● Single Leg Glutebridge.

Great bodyweight exercise for those wishing to help strengthen and tone their glutes and core. Ensure you keep your shoulders flat on the floor and head facing up to minimise pressure on the neck. Focus on engaging the glutes as you lift up and keep the movement controlled.

Aim for 10 reps on each leg x 3 sets.

[04/08/20]   Hi everyone. Sorry for the 12.15pm video the internet was being a pain and kept cutting out mid video. I am going to hopefully get everything sorted and we will be back at 2.15pm for a whole body low impact standing or chair based workout. (Hopefully with no technology issues) :D

Hi everyone.
I hope you are all keeping well and staying safe. We have all been advised to remain at home as much as we can however it is still important we remain active during this time.
Therefore starting from next week I will streaming live workouts on Facebook and Instagram 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday.
Hopefully you can all join me for them however if not the session will be avaliable to save and uploaded to YouTube for you to access.
There is going to be at least 2 exercise sessions every day all lasting 45 mins.
They are all bodyweight sessions so you require no equipment apart from a mat in the advanced session but if not a soft floor is fine!
3 out of the 4 workouts are completely low impact chair based and adaptable so it is suitable for any ability!
I understand during this time you may have friends, family etc who may not have access to the internet or social media. So I will also be putting together a written script of the sessions with visual demonstrations and descriptions of each exercise which I can email across to anyone who wishes to forward this on to anyone who may not be able to access this. Please message me or comment if you would like me to send you the scripts of the session and I will happily do that.
I will attach a photo below of the planned schedule for next week!

Upper crunches.
This is a great bodyweight exercise to target the upper area of the abdominals.
It will help increase strength in the core and toning of the upper abdominals.
The exercise can be performed anywhere but ideally should be done on a soft floor or exercise mat as a hard floor can be uncomfortable particular for your back.
The movement itself is different to a regular crunch as rather than going forward with your body you are pushing directly upwards.
If you find the movement puts pressure on your neck you can place your hands on your neck to give extra support.
Aim to lift your shoulders up off the floor as this will help maximise the effectiveness of the exercise and minimise tension in the neck.
Try 10-12 reps x 3 sets with 30 secs rest in between.
Give it a go💪🔥

Reverse lunges.
This is a brilliant bodyweight exercise and is ideal to help weight management and also increase muscle tone.
It can be performed anywhere and requires no fitness equipment.
It is a great exercise to incorporate into your workout routine as it uses large muscle groups e.g. glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps and core (maintain upright throughout). Consequently this will facilitate calorie burn and increase muscle tone.
Try 12-16 reps (6-8 on each leg) x 3 sets with 30 secs rest in between.
Give it a go!🔥💪

Squat and Pulse.
This is a super effective bodyweight exercise for anyone trying to burn calories and maintain muscle tone.
It can be done anywhere and requires no equipment at all.
The movement itself is a compound exercise and uses large muscle groups e.g. glutes, hamstring and quadriceps therefore maximises calorie burn and muscle toning.
The pulse element of the movement increases your time under tension and maximises the benefits of the exercise.
20 reps x 3 sets with 30 seconds rest.
Give it a go! 💪🔥

[03/24/20]   Hi Everyone.
Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and the advice given by the government I have taken the decision to cancel all of my one to one personal training and massage sessions with immediate effect until further notice.
I am offering a video call service for personal training sessions so I can hopefully still offer some a personalised service to my clients without putting them or myself at any further risk. If anyone is interested in this service, please message me.

Just a quick update to let everyone know we have made the difficult but necessary decision we feel to cancel both the braintree and tiptree classes for at least 2 weeks regarding the ongoing situation regarding the coronavirus. Myself and kirsty will then review the situation nearer the time and will follow the advice given to us.

After watching this programme, I can honestly say I am completely shocked. Many reality people will advertise on social media that they are using certain health and wellbeing products (predominantly weight loss as this is the most popular market) because companies producing these products think they can influence their followers and mislead them, consequently they can offer them lucrative amounts of money to promote these products as it is likely to increase orders, however many of these reality people are completely oblivious to what they are promoting and clearly don't seem to care as long as they are getting paid.
3 reality people were asked to advertise a weight loss drink which was currently in production, however as this was a setup they listed one crucial ingredient hydrogen cyanide which has previously been used in the second world war and is basically a deadly chemical. None of the 3 people approached to promote the drink wanted to investigate the ingredients in the drink in more detail and were more than happy to promote a drink they had not even tried themselves. Furthermore one of the people confessed they often dont even try the products they promote and tells their friends "you should know how this works by now" One of the three people involved discussed ways they use their Instagram story to advertise sponsored products rather than an individual post so it looks more "natural" or in other words to fool their followers and this person is a personal trainer also and was more than happy to promote this product.
Dont be fooled by these people, they are using their social media influence to promote potentially dangerous products for their own financial benefits. In my opinion they should be ashamed of themselves for being so dishonest and abusing their popularity for their own gain. Please give it a watch on BBC iplayer blindboy undestroys the world; why are we so anxious? Make your mind up from that.
I will give you the two main tips that can help you lose weight NATURALLY and have been backed up with research.
1. Increase your activity levels.
2. Reduce your calorie intake by no more than 500kcal a day for safe weightloss e.g. 2000-500=1500.

Strengthen muscles twice a week, say top doctors

Brilliant read for anyone trying to get more active. Although running, cycling, rowing are all great for us and help to improve our cardiovascular fitness making this your only form of exercise may actually been increasing your risk of certain health conditions. Try to incorporate different types of training into your routine including strength training, yoga, pilates alongside some cardiovascular training (including walking) to help keep your exercise balanced and beneficial. 💪😁
