Nurse Sarah visited one of our housebound patients to give him his spring Covid booster - and discovered he had been her headteacher at school!

He even remembered her!

A special reminder of the local connections in our community, and the important work our team does supporting patients who are unable to come into the surgery.

Please be advised that Bramhall Health Centre will be CLOSED over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
Closure Dates:
• Friday 3rd April – CLOSED
• Saturday 4th April – CLOSED
• Sunday 5th April – CLOSED
• Monday 6th April – CLOSED
✅ We will reopen on Tuesday 7th April at 8:00am.
If you need medical assistance while we are closed, please contact NHS 111 or your local pharmacy. In an emergency contact 999.
