🌷 Easter Opening Hours at Bailey Podiatry & Reflexology 🐣

If you’re planning your appointments around the Easter break, here’s when the clinic will be open.

We’re available on Tuesday, Thursday and Easter Saturday, with Wednesday reflexology appointments available by booking only. The clinic will be closed on Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.

If your feet need some care before the long weekend — whether it’s routine podiatry treatment, verruca care, or a relaxing reflexology session — please book early to avoid disappointment.

Persistent. Stubborn. Not anymore. 👣✨

This verruca had been hanging around far longer than it was welcome — but with careful debridement and targeted plasma therapy in clinic, the tissue has now fully resolved.

Plasma therapy works by precisely targeting the affected tissue, stimulating a localised response while protecting the surrounding healthy skin. It’s especially helpful for lesions that haven’t responded to over-the-counter treatments.
Verrucae can be frustrating — but they don’t have to be permanent.

If you’ve been “managing” one for months (or years), it might be time to explore a more effective option 💚

Half term, slower days, fuller hearts 💛

Between clinic life, family life, and everything in between, this week was a gentle reminder that stepping back isn’t falling behind — it’s breathing space. Time to reset, reconnect, and remember what really matters.

These are the thoughts I’ve been holding onto lately…
✨ You are allowed to take up space ✨ You can start over as many times as you need to ✨ You are allowed to slow down, even if the world around you is moving fast ✨ Letting go isn’t giving up — it’s choosing peace ✨ Being gentle with yourself is a skill worth practising ✨ Some of your best decisions won’t make sense to anyone else (and that’s okay)

Grateful for small moments, ordinary memories, and the quiet kind of joy that doesn’t need to be rushed 💛

I founded my clinic to offer something a little different: high-quality clinical care delivered with kindness, patience, and real conversation. No rushing, no judgement — just thoughtful support to help you stay comfortable, mobile, and confident on your feet.

My background is in diabetes and wound care, but my passion lies in helping people feel heard, understood, and empowered about their health.

Outside clinic, life is a mix of school runs, countryside walks, singing, badminton, coffee, and trying (sometimes successfully!) to slow down enough to enjoy the ordinary moments.

This stubborn verruca was treated in clinic using careful debridement followed by plasma therapy, targeting the lesion at its source while preserving the surrounding healthy skin. Over a series of treatments, the tissue resolved completely — no need for caustic acids at home, and minimal disruption to daily life 👣

Verrucae can be persistent, uncomfortable, and frustrating — especially when over-the-counter treatments haven’t worked. Advanced therapies performed by a podiatrist can often achieve far more predictable outcomes.
