✨ A little honesty from a small business owner ✨
In January I had 5 late cancellations/no-shows, and in December I had 6.
That might not sound like a lot but for a small, appointment-based business, it has a real knock-on effect.
Each missed appointment is time that could have been offered to someone else, and income that a small business relies on to keep going. Unlike big companies, we don’t have the cushion to absorb those gaps easily.
I completely understand that life happens genuinely. All I ask is for as much notice as possible so I can offer the space to another client who may really need it.
