Hi everyone, I just wanted to share a little update. I’m still not quite ready to return to work just yet after my operation, but I’m hoping to be back in May.

Thank you all so much for your patience, kindness and understanding while I take the time I need to heal. It hasn’t been the easiest journey, but I’m slowly starting to feel more like myself again 🙌🏽

✨ A little honesty from a small business owner ✨

In January I had 5 late cancellations/no-shows, and in December I had 6.
That might not sound like a lot but for a small, appointment-based business, it has a real knock-on effect.

Each missed appointment is time that could have been offered to someone else, and income that a small business relies on to keep going. Unlike big companies, we don’t have the cushion to absorb those gaps easily.

I completely understand that life happens genuinely. All I ask is for as much notice as possible so I can offer the space to another client who may really need it.

✨ Something exciting is coming to Kore with Chloe this year! ✨

I’ve got a new skill in my sights and I cannot wait to start learning it… can anyone guess what I might be taking on next? 👀💭

Also, just to keep everyone in the loop 🤍at some point this year I’ll need to take a little time out for an operation. No dates are set yet, but I’ll make sure all my clients are kept fully updated. Fingers crossed for a speedy recovery and minimal disruption 🤞✨

📌 Cancellation Policy Reminder 📌

A gentle reminder of my cancellation policy:
• 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
• All new clients are required to pay a £15 deposit when booking an appointment.
