Brampton Community centre
Yoga for all 10-11 am
Chair yoga 11.15 -12
Yoga for all 5.30-6.30 pm bring children along £2 per child
Wednesdays
Tai chi 6-7 pm Hallbankgate village hall
Thursdays
Tai chi Brampton Community centre 10-11 am
Tai chi Gosling Syke, Houghton 11.45-12.45
Yoga Hethersgill village hall 6-7 pm
