Our mindset is one of our biggest challenges. When our mindset is fixed into a set way of thinking, it holds us back and stops us seeing what is there, right in front of us.

We hold such empathy for others who are struggling, looking for ways in which we can support them but often forget about ourselves. We often find ourselves in a circle of blame around why we can't achieve something: 'I'm not good enough', 'I'll never do it', 'they're better than me'. None of this is true but if we choose to believe it, we create our own truth.

Changing your mindset is such a powerful tool in helping you to move forward and achieve things you never thought you could.

Meditation is a great tool to help with overwhelm, stress, anxiety, overthinking and sleep to name but a few things!

It really is a fantastic way of helping to reset and centre the body, helping you to feel calm, relaxed and empowered.

This Wednesday's class will be held at Alston Masonic Hall at 7.15pm. Β£7pp.

The class is suitable for all levels, combining breath work, energy work and a beautiful guided meditation, led by myself. No experience necessary, all are welcomed with an open heart ❀️

Noticing our homes, not their size, not their decoration but the feeling they give us as we walk through the door, knowing we are safe. Being in nature and listening, smelling, feeling.

Fill your day, looking around, appreciating and noticing.
