Yoga for Perimenopause & Menopause
This six‑week course offers vinyasa yoga, breath-work and relaxation practices designed to support women through the physical and emotional changes of peri-menopause and menopause. Classes are in the beautiful Natural Therapy Centre at The Fold
Week one - Tuning into feelings and fluctuations
Week two - Temperature regulation
Week three - Dealing with RAGE!
Week four - Bone health and joint pain
Week five - Brain fog, tiredness and fatigue
Week six - Sleep disturbances
Each class is an hour and costs £10
