**🌟 Join Me in the Fight Against Cancer! 🌟**

I’m excited to announce that I’ll be participating in the Hyrox Fitness event on November 9th in Manchester, but this time it’s more than just a fitness challenge—it's a heartfelt tribute to my dad, Paul Taylor, who bravely battled cancer and left us too soon. 💔

Having taken part in this grueling event before, I’m stepping it up this year by donning a 20kg weighted vest and opting for elite weights. This challenge consists of a 1K run followed by various intense exercises, including a sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, kettlebell carries, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. With a total of 8 km of running, it’s going to be one hell of a test! 💪

I’m doing this for cancer research, and I need your support. Every donation will help fund vital research and bring us one step closer to finding a cure. Please consider sponsoring me on this journey to honor my dad and help others affected by this illness.

As many of you know, my dad, Paul Taylor, was one of the most amazing people in the world. The moment he walked into a room, he filled it with energy and joy. He was the life and soul of any gathering, and for those who didn’t have the pleasure of knowing him, words can hardly capture the incredible person he was. He wasn’t just my dad; he was my best friend.

Anyone who encountered Paul quickly realized he was the nicest, kindest, and most generous man to ever walk this earth. He faced a long, tough battle with cancer for over four years, but he never once complained or moaned about his condition. He always said, "I’m still the same person. I’ve just got cancer." Sadly, cancer took his life, leaving us with only beautiful memories to cherish.

I’m participating in the Hyrox Fitness event on November 9th in Manchester, and this year, I’m pushing my limits by wearing a 20kg weighted vest. My goal is not just to complete this challenging event but to honor my father's memory and bring awareness to the fight against cancer.

I hope that by sharing my journey and taking this extra mile, I can remind everyone of the incredible man my dad was and inspire you to join the fight against cancer. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will contribute to vital cancer research and help us save lives. At some point in our lives, we all know someone who has faced this illness, so let’s unite in this effort to fight cancer and make a difference together.

The anwser is NO!!

Just another day do what I love in the kitchen and that's prepping food for clients.

I know u may have hear this before but''failing to prepare is preparing to fail”.
I know this may sound a bit harsh but it is SO true, especially when it comes to preparing your meals. Most of us are pretty busy in our day-to-day lives. We all know the standard 8hour day with no room to breath I completely understand it can be hard (or absolutely impossible!) to cook all of your meals at home each day. This is where meal preparation (aka “meal prep") can quickly become your best friend! Without meal prep, you increase your chances of eating junk or convenience foods if you get busy or caught out without food.

Food prep can be one meal or six meals. Start investing time into your diet and the results will be visual.
