There's no such thing as bad posture!

BUT days, weeks, months, years in the same postition will take their toll. Your body isn’t built for perfect posture. It’s built for movement. The real problem isn’t slouching, its staying in the same position for too long.

The trick: change position often. Movement is medicine.

I’ve started my melt the ice hat with some delicious jamiesonsofshetland spindrift from baawool.

The hat is a throwback to red pointed hats (nisselue) Norwegians wore during WWII as a quiet yet defiant symbol of patriotism against N**i occupiers, eventually leading to the hats being outlawed by the regime.

Standing against violence and injustice everywhere.

Huge respect to from for keeping these important stories stitched into community.
