As it’s the 1st of January, have you set any goals for the year ahead? 🤔

There are 52 weeks in the year — imagine losing just 1lb a week. That’s 52lbs in total (around 3 stone 10lbs). What an amazing way to begin 2027! 😲

Or maybe you’d like to aim a little higher. Losing 2lbs a week adds up to 104lbs — that’s over 7 stone. What a fantastic achievement that would be by the start of 2027.

I’ve always loved avocado 🥑, but until now I’ve avoided it because of the high swips!
With the introduction of Healthy Extra Healthy Fats, I can finally enjoy it without worrying about dipping into my swips 🙌

Today’s breakfast was coddled egg and avocado on toast 😋. I love how this extra Healthy Extra option adds more variety to my daily meals—plus those all-important nutrients that support my health!
