This Father's Day, let's talk about men’s health. ♂️
Behind every strong mum is often a strong partner, and his health matters too. This Men’s Health Week, we’re encouraging women to open up the conversation. 🗣️
Men are less likely to seek help when something feels off, physically or mentally. That’s where we come in. As partners, sisters, daughters and friends, we can help remove the stigma and normalise looking after all aspects of health. ✔️
The postpartum period can take its toll on dads too, with up to 1 in 10 new fathers experiencing postnatal depression, and many facing disrupted sleep, hormone shifts, and increased stress. However, these challenges are often overlooked.
This Father’s Day, give the men in your life the nudge they might need. Whether it’s booking that check-up, joining you for a walk, or simply asking “How are you, really?” – you might be the reason they take the first step.
Let’s lift each other – because family health is a team effort. 🙌🏻
