This is just some of the wheelchair accessible equipment we have here !
Picture 1 Pec dec , great for working, building and defining those chest muscles with an arc motion
Picture 2 Lat pull down , used to build strength and develope the muscles in the back
Picture 3 Chest press , great for building a big and strong chest, front shoulders and triceps as a secondary muscle group.
Picture 4 Seated back row , allows the user to hit different parts of the back , rear shoulders , biceps as a secondary muscle (very good to help with posture )
Picture 5 Lat pull down , this again a great back builder but more so for people with a stronger core , allows more weight to be used
Picture 6 Shoulder press,
Excellent strength and shoulder builder, triceps as a secondary muscle group
If your a wheelchair user and thought you couldn't go to a gym alone, well here we are . Also these machines can be used by able bodied aswell , so if you have a training partner slide the seat around and away you go !!!
