Good Morning and Happy Friday beautiful people ! I hope you’re all well and can feel the energy of Spring incoming, I know I can and am more than ready for the shift in energy 🌼🙏🏻👌🏻, talking of shifts, lots of you already know but I’m here to tell the rest of my followers … “we have moved from Bream Sports Club” to two larger venues, Clearwell and Whitecroft Menorial Halls. In the end it was a swift decision, although it had been in my thoughts for a while, jump and the net will appear, right? So I did and you followed me, which makes my heart sing. I have had the best week getting used to my new spaces and getting you all settled.

Chapter two… LETS GO! Have a fabulous weekend and do get in touch if you’re interested in discovering Pilates or Menopausal Fitness , as we now have MORE SPACE to grow 🌱😘

I’ve been sitting here with my journal this morning, deciding on goals and trying to match them with my current mood, which honestly, is one of soft contemplation , a need to face inward and rest, coupled with a fabulous 6lb weight gain , go me! 😂… and I’m wondering , who am I setting them for and why now? September has always felt more aligned with goal setting and that seasonal change resonates with new starts associated with back to school vibes and the close of Summer, January feels much more a time of acceptance of what is to me .

So what does January feel like for you? Is it uplifting and full of hope or does it feel loaded with expectation and guilt, either way you can’t deny the power of movement at this time of year to connect the mind and body back together again.. and that seems like a great place to start. Classes return tomorrow starting with MenoBalance at 7pm .

I don’t know about you but as the days darken and the weather cools I have to work hard to keep doing what I do all Summer with ease … yes folks, I too feel the struggle as the leaves fall from the trees and the weather changes. With that in mind my classes change slightly to reflect the season and we slow down in our practice and focus on nourishing the body even more with our practice . Are you a peri/menopausal woman who has always loved life and exercise, but suddenly finds it all a bit too much? Honestly, I felt like that too, that’s definitely were the inspiration for MenoBalance came from, wanting a class that made me feel more alive when I’d finished it, not one that was robbing the last ounce of energy I had. This class focuses on filling you up …and some🙏🏻💕

A strength training class to improve muscle mass with a dash of Qi Gong and a beautiful Mediation to finish, is the perfect solution as you navigate this phase of your life , but perhaps more importantly, to stand within a community of women all experiencing the same thing, knowing you’re not alone .

The GOOD NEWS is we currently have a few places free on our Monday night class at 7pm in Bream so dm me for information and to book your place NOW .,. Enjoy the sunshine Debs xx
