This is a ladies mixed ability class - whether you are brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you are very welcome. The focus is on traditional Hatha Yoga: deliberate movement, proper alignment, and creating space for your body and mind to settle.

Want to build strength without the intimidation? Get fitter without the joint impact? Start running with proper technique from day one?
Run Fit Fordingbridge has three programs starting in January and February specifically designed for beginners and those returning to fitness:

FitStart - Indoor Cycling Edition - 6 week program. This is a low impact, knee-friendly, highly effective program to start building fitness and working to improve body composition. Its a mixed program that’s small group – a max 5 participants so you get all the support you need. Starts 5th February.

FitStart - Women's Fitness - 6 week program. Build your confidence with weights in a supportive space. You will learn proper technique and which weights are the right ones for you. This program is semi-private training with a maximum of 4 women. Starts 30th January.

Women's Beginners Running Course - 7 weeks, starting on the 7th Feb. This is a small group coached course where not only will you learn running technique from the start, you will learn how to run continuously and enjoy it. This course culminates in a graduation run at Fordingbridge parkrun. This is where you will get to celebrate your achievements and gain the confidence to make it part of your weekly running routine going forward.

If you can do it whenever, you'll probably do it never.
Feeling sluggish after a few days of overindulging? That uncomfortable feeling when you've had too much of the good stuff but there are still a few days left of kicking back before you start thinking about that... right? After all, it's not 1st January yet.
Let me tell you a secret: waiting until 1st January isn't a recipe for success.
The journey to becoming stronger, fitter, healthier, less achy isn't about dramatic changes on some arbitrary date. It's about small, consistent decisions made today and day after day.
Today - yes, in the space between Christmas and the start of a new year - is actually the perfect time to make your first decision, to take action and set yourself up for success in the months ahead.
