One of the best parts of FitStart is seeing how much progress women make in just 6 weeks. It’s always lovely to hear how they’re already feeling stronger, more confident and noticing the benefits in their day-to-day lives.
FitStart is ideal if you’re new to training or getting back into it after some time away. With small group sessions you’ll get extra support, build confidence and feel comfortable as you get fitter each week.
Our next FitStart beginners strength and fitness program for women starts 19th September and is now full. October has just one space remaining, and the following program begins on 14th November.

AUTUMN TIMETABLE CHANGES
Starting 1st September

As we are hastily moving through August it's already time to start focusing on the Autumn timetable at the Run Fit studio, which I now have great pleasure in sharing with you below.
In addition to the weekly timetable all our special sessions will continue to feature on a regular basis, including- Yoga Nidra, Sound bath & Gong meditation sessions, coached running sessions plus our 6 week FitStart & KickStart programs.

With summer in full swing and lots of other activities going on, you may have had a couple of weeks off running and focused exercise. The legs may be feeling a little heavier and those previously easy distances, sessions a bit more challenging than normal.
Whilst you may have still been active in other ways, muscle tightness and movement restrictions develop surprisingly quickly during periods of altered activity patterns.
The key is not to ignore it, but instead do something about it.
For example, targeted stretching and flexibility work. But make sure it’s not just for a couple of days until it feels better. This is something to make sure that it’s in your routine going forwards.
