This morning our residents were doing there own personalised fitness plan, this is designed going by there mobility. Each resident has been seen by the activity team to determine which plan to follow, all residents who took part this morning made such a huge effort. This is good for both body and mind and starts there day in a positive way. Well done everyone!

Most of our residents took part in an Elvis Presley afternoon to celebrate what would have been his 91st birthday. They enjoyed quizzes, a word scramble, wordsearch competition and singing along to his greatest hits, making it a fun and lively afternoon for everyone. Jean won the word search competition claiming the large box of maltesters. well done everyone.
