⭐️Focus On Progress not Perfection⭐️

Nothing will be perfect. No time will be the ideal time to start.

SO JUST START!

✨Don’t Beat Yourself Up. Trying to be perfect is exhausting. Embrace who you are right now, not who you will be some day down the road, because the truth is, that day may never come. Life is short. Concentrate on the here and now.

✨ Make a list of all the things you need to do everyday and set small measurable goals. Prioritise your nutrition and exercise, by keeping to plan, and 30 mins walking at least 5 times a week.

✨Give yourself a break compare yourself to yourself – and your past results, not the edited perfection we are bombarded with in the media. This is so your expectations are realistic yet progressive at the same time.

All can you do is your best to make healthy choices and strive to improve every day.

Your hard work will pay off. It takes time. All good things do. Stay consistent and see how your confidence grows then soars ❤️

Whatever has happened is done.

Whether your clean up operation starts on the 1st, 2nd or 4th, stop making it all or nothing. Eating doesn’t have to be that way. Make it about balance.

When I say balance, I don’t just mean food. Tackle those excess and unwanted KG’s with a holistic approach, so think about going back to the basics...

✨Sleep (7-8 hours)

✨Water (minimum 2.25 litres)

✨Movement (if not already exercising then start of with 15 mins of walking a day and build up)

✨Stress (what can you do to manage it and reduce it)

✨Sunlight (are you getting outside enough?)

Take it one meal at a time, focusing on the foods that make you feel good and that you’re not still wearing the next day.

You are truly beautiful and things will be just fine ❤️

✨Life is never perfect, nor is weight loss and maintenance

✨Keep working on getting your thought process away from I’ve been ‘good’ or ‘bad’, so you’re neither ‘in’ or ‘out’, just keep trying to do your very best.

✨If you have fallen down, brush yourself off, take a deep breath, and then try to get straight back up. Keep making sure that you get out of your own way. You are your biggest hurdle. Not other people. You.

✨If you have one flat tire, do you slash the other three?

✨Failing is part of the progress and there is only one way to improve, and thats trying again.

✨Just keep moving forward one day at a day, one meal at a time. One foot in front of the other.

✨Overall be kind to yourself, and never ever give up, or lose sight of your goal or what it represents, Improved health. Mentally and physically. Now that’s worth fighting for.

✨Nobody is perfect nor is this journey. It wasn’t supposed to be, or has to be to be successful

Remember these:

✨You are entirely up to you

✨The best project you will ever work on is you

✨Wake up with determination, go to bed with satisfaction

✨Prioritise you and your goals, you’re worth the effort

✨Choose your hard. Weight loss is hard. Weight maintenance is hard. However, being overweight, unhealthy and unhappy with yourself can be even harder

✨Healthy food,healthy body

RESET your MINDSET

No matter what went down today ...tomorrow is a new day!

Fear of being a failure can flood your mind and it can feel overwhelming.

If you experience weight going in the wrong direction, it is essential to reflect on where you are at and what you need to work on.

For example, do you need to:

- Stop the mindless grazing

- Increase your exercise (even just a 10 min walk a day is a great place to start)

- Improve your hydration (working towards minimum of 2.25 litres of water a day)

- Increase your Step 2 protein or products while on plan to help combat hunger

- keep well away from sugar (the plan is sweet enough!), and *carbs which your body turns to fat!

Get back on track and refocused on smashing your goals.

Ways drinking tea and coffee can help you lose weight ☕️

Tea and coffee are the two most widely consumed beverages in the world (apart from water, of course)

They are also a very important part of my weight-loss plan. Obviously, like everything else in life, too much of a good thing can be bad. So don’t drink 10 cups of strong coffee a day because it’s ‘healthy’!

A reasonable number of cups of coffee is three to four per day. Research shows that 400mg of caffeine a day is safe for most healthy adults – this is around about the amount in four cups of brewed coffee.

Tea, on the other hand has far less caffeine in it. You can drink up to six cups of black tea per day and still remain within a healthy caffeine intake.

Remember that you should be drinking black coffee and tea without sugar for it to have health benefits, and for it not to add to your calorie intake for the day.

So how can drinking coffee and tea help you with your weight loss goals? Here are five ways:

1. A ‘cup of Joe’ makes the body ‘go’

Waking up in the morning is tough. Sometimes it’s really tough.

The one thing that makes it easier is that first cup of strong, black, unsweetened coffee. It wakes up your system, gets the digestive tract going, and provides the kick you need to get the day off to a positive start. Yay for caffeine!

If you’re not a coffee fan, you can get a good caffeine kick out of strong green tea, plus it has great antioxidant properties. Coffee is also very high in antioxidants.

2. You get more fat-burning benefits if you’re caffeinated

If you exercise first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, a cup or two of coffee will help you to burn more fat than you would otherwise. It will also help exercise not to feel so ‘painful’, as you’ll be training while actually awake.

A lot of people have all ready heard and putting this out there to fully explain what there intended for.

These products are NOT for my dieters following The 1:1 Diet.
They are designed specifically to support people using medicated weight loss.

The parent company of The 1:1 Diet, Cambridge Nutritional Foods, has created a brand new range to support those on a medicated journey, helping to reduce the risk of unintentional undernourishment. And let’s be honest, that is one of the biggest challenges with this type of weight loss support.

When appetite is reduced and food noise disappears, it can become very difficult to consistently meet both macro and micro nutrient needs.

With 42 years of experience producing high quality nutritional products, PortionIQ was developed to fill that gap.

PortionIQ has been thoughtfully designed with medication users in mind. The products are nutrient dense, gentle, convenient and easy to manage when appetite is low. Each product provides at least 20g of protein and 21 essential vitamins and minerals in easy to consume formats.

Products are:
Mixed Berry Protein Shake
Very Berry Mini Bites
Vegetable Soup with Croutons
St Clements Electrolyte Drink

The electrolyte drink also includes electrolytes, creatine and added vitamins to support hydration and overall wellbeing.

They’re ideal if you are
Using medication and want reliable nutritional support

Looking for a low calorie, high protein option to support a healthy lifestyle

These are available directly from me.

If you know someone using medication or struggling to meet their nutritional.
