Today we gathered at Hereford Crematorium to celebrate the life of a dearly loved wife, mum, grandma and friend.

Purple was the colour chosen by the family for our ties — a simple but beautiful tribute in her memory. 💜

Today I’ve been to the Prince Charles hospital in Merthyr Tydfil.

Whilst waiting in reception I couldn’t help but take some photos of the beautiful artwork created for organ donations and to organ/tissue donors.

I love the thoughtful wording on the plaque for all those families that have donated. I also like the way the have incorporated the Welsh daffodil.

Well done to all those involved ❤️

Chelsea Flower Show is on this week, bringing beautiful gardens, floral displays and inspiration to people across the country this week 🌸🌸

I’m certainly no Carol Klein, but do love to see pretty flowers and mature gardens!

Thanks to Mrs James, the garden here at CC James is starting to become colourful and I can’t help notice many different plants, ones I can even name!!!!!

Flowers have a way of holding memories like nothing else. They don't need to explain themselves. They just show up and remind you of someone.

If someone is on your mind this week — even just popping a few flowers in a vase at home can be a quiet, beautiful way of saying: I remember you. 🌿

Although I have been with CC James for three years and have visited St Mary’s Church on many occasions, I had not previously taken the opportunity to spend time walking around the churchyard.

During my visit on Monday, I took a quiet moment to look at the graves and was struck by the beautiful, intricate detail on many of the headstones. The oldest grave I noticed dates back 230 years.

One of the services we are proud to offer families is monumental masonry, and we work closely with R W Evans in Brecon.
