It's such a beautiful day!

Some pics of the garden. Pathways, archway, bog bean flower, elderflower, moon circle, wisteria, pots and veg garden.

Everything is full of life.

We open for charity on Sunday 24th May from 10am to 2pm. Come connect to Nature in our wild and magical space.

Nature trails, medicinal pants for sale and refreshments will be available.

I had an amazing, uplifting, healing time at the first drum circle this week. We made some great sounds together!

Thanks to all the lovely women who joined me in the circle 🥰

Photos show rose and cowslip tea, Goddess cards, marsh marigolds, and a daisy chain in the centre of the altar.

Next session is the 26th May and then every last Tuesday of the month. Drums and rattles are available to borrow if you don't have your own.

At Royston Memorial Hall in Bronllys.

Expect a welcoming circle, herbal tea, oracle cards, an altar with candles and flowers, grounding exercises, both high energy and relaxing vibes, and healing sound and rhythm.

Bring your own frame drum or rattle or borrow one of mine. No drum experience necessary!

This week, I've been cleaning out the potato store, which is basically a small cellar under the house.
Aldi were selling onions, swedes, and garlic at ridiculously low prices over Easter, so I got some stores in!

I'm not allowed to say I'm prepping... it's more about being sensible.

I will keep this pair of lavender lovelies 💜 on the kitchen dresser for 4 weeks. Ensuring they are warm and in view, so I remember to shake them occasionally! Then, they'll be strained through a coffee filter.

The oil will last me about a year of home use.

The honey won't last anywhere near that.

Honey will be...
Stirred into tea
Slathered over warm toast
Dripped over cheese n crackers
Stirred into breakfast yogurt
Used externally to soothe skin irritations
Added to healing salves and ointments
