🎉 HAPPY 50th BIRTHDAY MATT!! 🎉
It may come as HUGE surprise that our very own Matt Phillips is turning 50 today and that he did last year too! (Tbh we are all shocked that he isn’t still wearing the medal and the t shirt anymore because he has kept it really quiet 🤪😂)

Joking aside Matt is the glue that holds our little First Light family together. His passion for coffee and the community we are a part of shines throughout our tiny business like a golden thread. So we don’t often get to say this to him, but thank you Matt! We appreciate you and everything you do for all of us so much! (Ok realistically it’s probably most of the time but totally the same thing 😜)

Can’t wait to see what this next chapter holds in store for you!! A bus pass maybe? 🤔😇

Anyway … have the best of days running a 50 mile Ultramarathon around the Blorenge today! LEGEND 🦾

This Sunday, First Light Coffee will be closed. We've decided that as it's a Bank Holiday, we are going to take a day to rest, go running and enjoy ourselves. Apologies if you were planning on visiting tomorrow.

We will be back open at 07:30 Monday morning. See you then for some Bank Holiday Monday madness!

We're thrilled to announce that we are an official sponsor of the Pegasus Ultra Running Ultra Marathon Series this year. We will be at every single event serving our amazing coffee and supporting the incredible athletes who take on these wonderful but challenging races. And who knows, you might even see us running some of them too!

What better coffee is there for climbing Wales’ highest mountain than our biodynamic coffee COPA? Smooth, nutrient-rich, and packed with clean energy to fuel your ascent to Snowdon’s summit!

Well done to the Sandy Bear team for completing their epic sunrise ascent on Snowdon. The team supported each other to the summit where they were rewarded with the most wonderful views and sense of achievement. "This adventure wasn't just about the climb - it reminded us that, just like in life, when things feel tough, having support makes all the difference." Thank you to this wonderful children's bereavement charity for taking First Light on your adventure with you.
