After the fiery hot summer I’m loving these cooler mornings and autumn vibes. I think the dogs are too.
Regular classes are continuing as normal in Bredon and Overbury. All welcome.

Never a dull moment at our Elmley sessions! Last time we had the wayward chicken and today we had a wayward balloon! It started to drift very slowly across the hall in a ghostly fashion, just hovering off the ground. I’m thinking of employing it as my assistant teacher 😂. Yoga is Medicine Workshop at Elmley this morning. We tested our brains with novel moves and coordination challenges (and actually just remembering which was our left and right!) Relaxation had a shady and a sunny option. We chased the hen away this time so nobody got pecked!! All good. Yoga in the sun outside is always good 👍

Well this was a first for me! Gate crashed by a chicken! 🐓 she strutted her stuff, pecked a few feet and then got bored and left us alone! Loved teaching at Elmley Castle today with lovely people (and poultry) learning how to incorporate neurological exercises into their yoga practice. Well done everyone. Next session 10.30am on 17 August.

All classes continue as usual throughout August - outside wherever possible.

There are three extra sessions (drop ins):

This Sunday 3rd August 10.30am to 11.45am at Elmley Castle Village Hall - Movement is Medicine - a yoga flow with a scattering of neurological tips to improve your mobility. £10

Sunday 17th August as above at Elmley Castle.

Monday 25th August (bank holiday) 9.30am to 10.45am at Bredon Village Hall - Yoga Flow. £9.

Another field yoga session. And these guys did some very impressive coordination stuff exercising their brains. The brain loves novelty and some of these moves were definitely novel! Well done esp to Cheryl who isn’t very competitive at all and hasn’t really been practicing all week!!

We found some shade! And in honour of Wimbledon we used tennis balls to train our brains with some hand to eye coordination exercises. These guys were so good at it that they even did it whilst balancing on one leg! Next week - juggling!! 🤹
