Very important to spend 5 to 15 minutes regularly throughout the day to sit in stillness, reset your brain, gain clarity and a sense of ease and control over the frantic lives we live.

🗓️Today, I wanted to share a post to debunk the myth that fats are bad and reiterate the importance of incorporating these healthy fats in your diet and specifically if you’re working on improving your cholesterol levels.

🤓Remember it’s not always about cutting down on the bad foods, it’s also about incorporating more of the good foods to an achieve a healthy and balanced diet.

🌟 1. Plan Ahead, Save Time
Busy days make it tempting to grab unhealthy snacks. Take 15 minutes to plan meals for the week. Prep simple, batch cook balanced meals with lean proteins, whole grains, and colorful veggies to stay on track.

🌟 2. Watch Your Portions
Overeating, even healthy foods, can lead to weight gain. Grab a portion plate from Amazon to control portions and enjoy each bite mindfully. Eating slowly helps you listen to your body’s signals and reach satiety. So take time to chew your foods and don’t just swallow it!
