Aged 17-25 or know someone who is?
We welcome you to join our FREE 6-week course (only 2-hrs/week) which is aimed at young adults who may be feeling under the weather.
Here’s what the programme offers:
✅ Pick a bike, refurbish it and keep it forever.
✅ Mountain bike skills & off-road riding
✅ How to lead a group bicycle ride
✅ Bike mechanics (you’ll rebuild your own)
✅ A recognised qualification
✅ Small, supportive groups
Our next courses start on the following dates:
Friday 13th February
Friday 27th of March
The course is designed to help build skills, friendships, and confidence in oneself while making this transition into adulthood a little easier. It’s completely free — and they even get to keep a bike of their choice.
A review from our recent Mental Health Mountain Biking Course:
"The boys absolutely loved it; they all were so well behaved and engaged. Especially J who we were told beforehand would be extremely quiet and probably wouldn’t speak or engage. He was the most talkative and engaged of them all, he really was in his element. He is home schooled, so it was great to see him out with other young people. His mum was so happy and is keen for him to take part in any more courses that are possible.
All of the young people were over the moon with their bikes.
Thank you to your staff, it has been a great couple of courses."
