Hi everyone, this is my next oil painting lesson coming up on the 23rd of MAY. I do it once a month on a Saturday, at the Brentwood Arts Therapy Centre in Pilgrims Hatch. I guide you step by step so no need to have any experience with oils.

Yesterday’s oil painting lesson at the Brentwood Arts Therapy Centre (Narrow Stream and Rapeseed Field). I had many new comers this time who never tried oil painting before and again final results were amazing for their first time! Well done everybody!

Our third Environmental Arts Therapy (EAT) session this morning at Weald Park. Very pleasant weather and the walk to the woods was just spectacular with the bluebells out now. The art making this time was about 'Gratitude and Connection' and it became one big mandala created by the whole group. Soup and drinks at The Rose & Crown Pub was delicious again. Thanks to Brentwood Council for funding this small but significant project to connect our community with wellbeing activities!
