So proud of the Music Therapy group at The Silverlining Charity with their latest song... Kindness Changes Everything (Especially at Christmas) 🎄🎹🎤🎸🎅
This is what they wanted to say about it...

Christmas is a time of joy, hope and smiles – but this isn’t your generic Christmas song!
We hope that our song will help raise awareness of some of the challenges people face around Christmas time and highlight the reality of our thoughts and feelings around this time of year.
We hope that the authenticity and unapologetic nature of the lyrics and the meaning behind them comes through, stripping away the idea of ‘I should’ and that everything has to be perfect – Christmas is how you want or need it to be.
We are very proud of our song, with all lyrics being written by the members of The Silver Lining Music Therapy Group.
We hope it brings you a smile and we wish you a very merry Christmas.

Our music therapy group at The Silverlining Charity have been working hard to create our July Summer Playlist for everyone!

Book now for a place on EGMT's Family Christmas Music and Sensory Session, aimed at children under the age of 5 yrs and their families.

The session will be held at Beaulieu Community Centre on Sunday 22nd December from 12:15pm-1:15pm.
Tickets for this event cost £15, and £5 for each additional child, each child will receive a Christmas goody bag to take home!

Wow! What an evening! 🎶🎤🎹
Last night, our Musical Extravaganza with The Silverlining Charity showcased the amazing talents of the music therapy group members, at the gorgeous Grocers' Hall in London.

We had incredible soloists and shared the songs that we had written within our online music therapy group.
You should all be so proud! 💜🙌🏼🎶

A huge thank you to everyone at The Silver Lining Charity, all at Grocers' Hall and to the wonderful Yasmin Davey Corrigan for providing some wonderful music for us at the start.
