Wishing all my friends and followers a very Merry Yule and a Healthy, Happy New Year.
Its a tough time for those who have lost loved ones, the sense of missing is overwhelming and yes I truly believe my dad, who passed in July, will be around us in spirit, but yes there's still this overwhelming loss. I say don't put on a brave mask, weep if you need to, its healing, share memories, talk about them, look for those subtle signs. But also enjoy being around those you love, make more memories, hug and yes laugh, that is what they'd want. So celebrate, reflect and pause.

Today has been a tough day, its easy to say I'm not going to push myself physically, then realise your expectation of ability far outweighed your reality.
Grief is not only felt when you lose a loved one, its also felt when you've lost the person you thought you were going to be.
To those that understand and feel this I send you healing 🙌🙏🏼🫶🏻

Do we need gimicks, wear special clothes to have that ability to connect with Spirit, or do we need a respect, a trust, a faith that those that have passed to spirit will be with you. The last few months, for me have been very tough, I've felt maybe, due to the loss of my dad to spirit I should step back, instead I've listened, been more sensitive, had a knowing, thats been hard.
But in that time I've answered questions, the woman who needed to know her 20yr old son is safe 'over there' and is with his nan, giving evidence and advice from a sister who was so greatly missed, and many others.
To be a medium, no gimmick is needed no razzle dazzle, no suit, just softly trust, have faith that at the hardest times your loved ones in spirit are standing right beside you.
