Up early for a morning swim. 🏊Met a friend which helped get my ar@se out of bed. Happy to share a prayer with the lady in the loos..as there are times we all need support🙏 A lovely chat and catch up with a regular swimmer.. all before my classes started at 9.30am! It's amazing what you can squeeze in if you wake an hour early!
