This weeks Pilates schedule🧘♀️✨Week of 11/05 (also my first sound bath, which is fully booked!🥰) This month we’re slowing things down and focusing on the foundations, because real strength starts from within. Our theme of May is building strength & moving with control🙌🏼
Including: Stronger core connection, better posture & alignment, more control in every movement, gentle balance work & upper body strength. We’ll be layering each exercise so you can progress at your own pace, introducing key moves like The Hundred and Pilates press-ups.
