🌳We are short on volunteers for this Saturdays event at Weald Country Park! We need at least 9-10 volunteers to make sure the event can happen. We’ve had an abundance of volunteers over the last few weeks, so I’m sure some of you can help us for this weekend. 🦺

I have loved getting back into running and love running Park Run -Brentwood at South Weald Park. With a new hip I am not supposed to run at all, but running is the one exercise that rebalances my mind, connects me back to nature, and gives me time to focus and think. I usually get my best inspiration when running and often figure out answers to anything may have stopped me moving forwards. The connection and comradery that I feel from everyone I meet and chat too is just lovely. I see myself running quicker and can only put this down to Pilates. It has a unique way of building flexibility and strength in equal measures to enhance mobility and movement patterns. I look forward to striving for some more Park Run PB's in 2026. Ps. Thank you Sarah Goodey for always encouraging me too. 😘
