This weeks Pilates schedule🧘‍♀️✨Week of 11/05 (also my first sound bath, which is fully booked!🥰) This month we’re slowing things down and focusing on the foundations, because real strength starts from within. Our theme of May is building strength & moving with control🙌🏼

Including: Stronger core connection, better posture & alignment, more control in every movement, gentle balance work & upper body strength. We’ll be layering each exercise so you can progress at your own pace, introducing key moves like The Hundred and Pilates press-ups.

This isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about moving better, feeling stronger & building confidence✨ If you’ve been thinking about trying Pilates, this is your sign! I’m so excited to share with you all, that I am now a qualified Sound Bath Practitioner🎶

This journey has been incredibly special. Learning to play my chakra crystal singing bowls and truly feel the energy flow has been both grounding & uplifting. It’s a beautiful reminder of how powerful sound, vibration, and stillness can be for the body and mind.

Sound baths offer a deeply restorative experience, supporting: Relaxation of the nervous system, Reduction in stress and anxiety, Improved sleep and emotional balance, A sense of inner calm and clarity
& Energetic alignment through sound frequencies✨

These sessions are an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself in a gentle, nurturing way. I can’t wait to begin sharing this with you all very soon🤍

I’m so excited to share that I am now a qualified Sound Bath Practitioner 🎶

Over the past few weeks, we’ve worked on improving mobility, balance, and flow, while building strength in the arms and increasing mobility in the hips as we all begin to get outside and move more…

In May, we take this one step further - bringing everything together so you can move with strength, confidence & purpose🙌🏼

Our new theme will “Move with Purpose” 💐

Here’s what you can expect in my Pilates classes:

Why do we use resistance bands in a Pilates class?🧘‍♀️They may look simple, but they’re incredibly effective for building strength and control without overloading the joints.

✨ Controlled & functional strength -
Bands create variable resistance, helping you strengthen muscles through the full range of movement while improving stability and control.

✨Joint-friendly resistance - Perfect for all levels, bands reduce impact while still challenging the muscles. Ideal for clients with joint sensitivity or recovering from injury.

✨ Deep core & postural activation -
Bands require you to stabilise as you move, they naturally switch on your deep core muscles and support better posture in everyday movement.
