CLEAVERS
Otherwise known as sticky weed/sticky w***y.
Reports of feeling less swollen and inflamed after drinking, either as a tea or a cold infusion in water.
Less swelling around the knees!
Great for Lipoedema and lymphoedema clients.
Cleavers is well known to cleanse the lymphatic system and reduce inflammation x

Excited to announce I am now collaborating with the world renowned Lipoclinic Dr Heck in Germany.
A specialised clinic focusing solely on the treatment of Lipoedema using the WAL liposuction method. (water assisted liposuction)
I will be assisting clients with their post operative recovery within Scotland.
I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dr Thomas Vitte and Annette who leads the English speaking medical team.

I just had the most wonderful treatments @ Nour Wellness in Stirling.co.uk
The red light therapy was so relaxing and soothing, the Oxygen therapy also a relaxing experience, within a light safe cocoon.
I would highly recommend both of these treatments to boost your wellbeing and heal the body, especially for my post operative clients, reducing scar formation and accelerating healing.
Also beneficial for reducing inflammation and pain for my Lipoedema, fibromyalgia, oncology and scar clients.
Reducing fatigue and energising the body.
I had the best sleep after my sessions,
