Let us introduce the wonderful woman behind the business… Mac!

Mac’s real name is Phatcharee, but her nickname has a story that always makes people smile—her father gave it to her after a tractor! 🚜 And just like that, “Mac” stuck.

Originally from Thailand, Mac made the UK her home 24 years ago, spending many happy years in the lovely surroundings of Pembrokeshire before recently settling in Pencoed last year.

When she’s not helping clients feel relaxed, restored, and rebalanced, Mac loves spending time in her garden. 🌸 Her passion for flowers really shines through—just take a look at the photos and you’ll see how much joy it brings her!

Mac brings warmth, care, and a personal touch to everything she does—and that’s exactly what makes every visit to her therapy space so special.

We can’t believe it’s already been a whole month since we opened our home-based massage therapy and spa here in Pencoed!

We just wanted to say a huge, genuine thank you to everyone who’s supported us so far. Whether you’ve popped in for a treatment, come back again, recommended to friends or family, or followed us and shared a post — it honestly means so much! ❤️

It’s been so lovely getting to meet so many of you, having a chat, laughing together and being part of your time to relax and switch off. Seeing familiar faces come back through the door already has been the best feeling!

Starting something like this from home can feel a bit daunting, but the support from such lovely people around here has made it such a positive first month — we are so grateful to everyone 🙏

Looking forward to seeing more of you, and of course welcoming some new faces too 😊
