This process opens pores and prepares the skin to be rid of any nasties such as blackheads.

Exfoliation: Exfoliation helps to get rid of dead skin cells. Facial scrubs greatly enhance this process.

Face Massage: As relaxing as it sounds, a face massage also helps to detoxify the skin, smooth out wrinkles and lines, reduce stress and tension in the face, and nourish and moisturize the skin.

If you need a quick me-time-moment at home to decompress after all the long days in the sun then I recommend this calming coconut oil and lavender scrub.

How to make it:
1/2 cup organic coconut oil🥥
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon organic lavender essential oil

Combine in a bowl and store in an airtight container.

Gently rub on your skin and scrub away the stress❤️
