Do you suffer with plantar fasciitis?

Last night while I was at Bridgend Ravens training, I received a call about a football player who had suffered a serious injury, with reports of a 5-hour wait for an ambulance.

I collected the necessary equipment and went straight to the pitch, where the player was lying on the ground. I was able to provide pain relief and splint his leg before he was taken to hospital.

It was only a small part to play in helping the player, but I feel humbled to have been mentioned in the team’s comments. Wishing him a smooth and speedy recovery.
