Thank you to all who attended the gong bath at Holistic Concepts Retreats this evening. What an amazing turn out and amazing people you all are. I feel blessed by your trust and attendance. We created positive vibes, in nature, together! It was different: my ears were different and my playing different. Change is good.

Despite some uncertainty with the weather this morning it is now dry, warm and occasionally sunny, so this evenings gong sound bath at Holistic Concepts Retreats is going ahead as planned. 7pm start. I hope to see you there!

A wonderful gong sound bath at Holistic Concepts retreats yesterday. We had a good turn out, and much positive energy was created by all. I actually preferred playing this event to the Bryngarw one, it was a bit more intimate and laid back, I was under less pressure and among friends. It was majestic as a result, the music of nature. A huge thanks to all the participants, the helpers and Lucinda. See you next time!
