Did you know… Food Optimising is more effective than calorie counting! Research by the University of Leeds shows that after 14 weeks of Food Optimising, Slimming World members lost nearly 13lbs, compared to calorie counters who lost just over 7lbs (over the same period of time!)

It's hard to believe some days that this was me before I found Slimming World 😮
Finding the support I needed at my local group was the first step in my journey and it didn't happen overnight, but with some simple changes every day and consistency over 2 years I got to Target 😍 it was the best decision I ever made 😘
Now I help others to achieve their dreams in my own group and can honestly say it's the most rewarding job in the world 😀
