Looking for a way to stay active and connect with other expectant mums in Bridgend? Our Tuesday evening sessions at Bridgend Life Centre are designed specifically for you and your growing bump.

Tuesdays at 18:00 – Yoga Natal: Focus on breathing, gentle stretching, and finding your center. It’s the perfect way to relieve back tension and prepare your body for birth.

Tuesdays at 19:00 – Aqua Natal: Take the weight off! The water supports your bump, allowing you to move freely, improve circulation, and stay cool while getting a low-impact workout.

But why exercise during pregnancy?
Staying active can help reduce fatigue, improve sleep, and boost your mood. Whether you prefer the mat or the pool, our instructors are here to guide you safely through every trimester.

A few FAQ's for anyone who would like to join us..
⭐️ Classes are TUESDAYS 7-8PM at Bridgend Life Centre
⭐️ Classes are suitable for any stage of pregnancy, as long as there are no complications (check with your midwife if you are unsure)
⭐️ Booking is via Halo's website or app, we are under group exercise, select Tuesdays and scroll down to 7pm
⭐️ You will need your bathers, towel, etc anything you would normally take for swimming. If you would like to wear clean flip flops onto poolside to prevent slipping you are very welcome to! You will also need a padlock to use the lockers.
⭐️ There are no burpees or anything scary 🤣 it is a nice gentle exercise class in the water to keep you active and strong in pregnancy
⭐️ We are a friendly bunch, talking and meeting new mums to be is very much encouraged!
⭐️ If you experience any pelvic girdle pain, hip or back pain, or any other injuries or medical conditions please let me know and I will adapt any exercises for you 😊
