Oak Tree Surgery is seeking a motivated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our friendly primary care team. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care within a busy GP practice, including chronic disease management, immunisations, cervical screening, wound care, and health promotion.

You will work collaboratively with GPs, healthcare assistants, and administrative staff to support patient wellbeing and preventative care, while contributing to quality improvement within the practice.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with current NMC registration

Strong communication and clinical skills

Primary care experience desirable but not essential

We invite applications from the newly qualified ( Band 5) to experienced nurses ( Band 6) . Our pay scales closely mirror A4C scales. We will consider applicants for a Job Share as well as a candidate seeking a full time post.
