An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic person to join our Care Navigation team at Oak Tree Surgery. Preferably with previous experience but this is not essential.
Shift pattern is Monday- Friday 07.45am-18:30pm, 25 hours a week, to be worked over 5 days and shift pattern will be discussed at interview.
Our opening hours are 7.45 am until 6.30pm and staff are expected to cover staff holidays/absence at short notice.

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic person to join our prescribing team at Oak Tree Surgery. Preferably with previous prescribing clerk experience but not essential.
Shift pattern Monday- Friday 08:00-18:00pm 27.5 hours.
There is also a 5 month fixed term temporary maternity cover contract at 24 hours a week being advertised on NHS Jobs.
Our opening hours are 7.45 am until 6.30pm and staff will be expected to work a combination of shifts across the week and to cover staff holidays/absence at short notice.
