Public Health Wales are looking to improve the information we provide to parents/carers of pre-school aged children around the vaccinations they receive aged 0-5 years.
We are undertaking a survey for parents/carers using the online CIVICA platform. Participating people will be asked for their views on the vaccinations their children may have received, as well as their awareness of any information they may have seen around pre-school vaccinations.
The survey will help us to develop better and more appropriate information resources, and Public Health Wales would really value the opinions of parents/carers to achieve this.
This short survey will not ask for any personal data such as name, address, or date of birth. There is no obligation for a person to complete the survey. There is also an option to withdraw the answers to the survey after completing it using a unique reference number, if some people change their mind and no longer wish to participate.
The survey closes on Friday 14th November 2025
If you have any queries or concerns, or would like more information, please send an email to: phw.vaccines@wales.nhs.uk
Please use this link to access the survey:

Each year, over 25,000 2 and 3 year olds in Wales are protected against flu through the nasal spray vaccine.

Getting your child vaccinated through a flu nasal spray is a safe and effective way of protecting them from serious illness.

Make sure your child gets vaccinated against flu to help keep them healthy this winter.

For more information about the flu vaccination programme, visit: https://phw.nhs.wales/topics/immunisation-and-vaccines/winter-vaccinations/
