Excited to be competing this weekend 🙌

I’ve worked harder than ever surrounded by huge support in many ways the last couple of months to be able to be back dancing!!

I set my aims high to get back competing for these next few weeks and couldn’t be more pleased with the progress made🤍

The biggest thank you with your ongoing commitment and support with me, daily exercises , plenty of ice baths and a whole lot of physio. I could never be dancing without your work , you are amazing🙌

Join us for a free Pilates taster class, led by Harriet Jones, APPI Certified Matwork Instructor with CPP Wellbeing Ltd.

This introductory class will be followed by a 6-week Pilates block, ideal for improving strength, balance, flexibility, and posture.

🧘‍♀️ Meet Your Instructor – Harriet Jones

Harriet is a qualified APPI Pilates Matwork instructor with a lifelong passion for Pilates. She was first introduced to Pilates during her elite swimming career and trained under APPI Master Trainer Pippa Carter. Having practiced Pilates, Harriet became a certified instructor after retiring from professional sport.

As a former professional athlete, Harriet has an impressive background:

🏅 Represented Wales at the 2018 Australia and 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games
🇬🇧 Competed for Great Britain at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and 2021 Budapest Europeans
🥇 Holds Welsh records in 50m Butterfly and 50m Freestyle
🏊‍♀️ Trained with City of Cardiff Swimming Club for 16 years

We have 2 new Beginner Pilates classes starting on the 13th Jan St David’s Hall, Laleston Laleston Church Hall run by Harriet Jones.

6 week course

Monday 7.30pm 13th Jan (limited spaces)
Friday 10am 17th Jan

Harrriet is a APPI qualified Pilates Matwork instructor. She has had a passion for pilates ever since she was advised to take it up along side her swimming career. Harriet has been taught by APPI Master Trainer Pippa Carter. Harriet has participated in pilates for a number of years and trained to become a qualified pilates instructor after she retired from professional swimming.

Harriet has an professional athlete background as a swimmer whose competed for Wales at 2018 Australia Commonwealth games and 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth games, she also competed for Great Britain at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and 2021 Budapest Europeans. She holds a couple of welsh records for 50m Butterfly and 50m freestyle and was a part of City of Cardiff Swimming Club for 16 years.

Mum and Baby Pilates Class - Join my postnatal Pilates class for mum and baby.

This is a 5 week course including 5 x 1 hour Pilates sessions. I am a pelvic health specialist physiotherapist and APPI (Pilates) Master Trainer.

This course will improve the connection between your core and pelvic floor, strengthen and stabilise your entire body and build confidence post birth to allow you to return to exercise.

Pilates is a safe and highly effective exercise class.

This class is in Ogmore-by-Sea Hall with beautiful sea views, on site baby changing facilities and a lovely coffee shop to relax in post class.
