You asked, we listened — we’ve updated our class packages to better suit your lifestyle. Now offering packages of 5, 10, and 20 classes, all with a 6-month validity, so you have more time and freedom to move on your terms. Plus, credits can be used for any class at any CLWB Pilates location.

🔎 New Monthly Series: Know Your Health
We're launching a monthly series to help you explore evidence-based self-assessment tools that offer insight into your health and wellbeing — empowering you to take control and know when it might be time to seek professional support.

As a pelvic health physio, I had no doubt where to begin: the Australian Pelvic Floor Questionnaire.
This tool is designed specifically for females to help identify pelvic floor dysfunction across four essential areas:
💧 Bladder
💩 Bowel
⬇️ Prolapse
❤️ Sexual function

Each section gives a points-based score — the higher the score, the greater the dysfunction. Even a score above 0 on any question may indicate it’s worth speaking to a pelvic health physiotherapist.

Over the next few weeks, Kathryn will break down each section, explain what’s considered a “normal” range, and why every question matters for your pelvic health. Stay tuned — knowledge is power. 💪
