💫 All sessions are 45 minutes.

💫 All bookings will now be made through the Gymcatch app/website. Can’t access it? No worries—Kathryn can book you in directly at the clinic. ‘How to ‘ video will be uploaded soon!

💫 One-off sessions may be available 48 hours before class, at £16, if there's space.

I’m so pleased to announce that we will soon be launching online pre recorded Pilates and strength classes that you can access whenever it suits you!

This means you can improve your strength and fitness in the comfort of your own home using your computer or phone at any time of the day, as many times as you like for a whole 6 months!

Each block will have 5 unlimited classes with a variety of blocks to suits all abilities including

✨Pilates foundations
✨Pilates Progression
✨Pregnancy Pilates in the second trimester
✨Pregnancy Pilates in the third trimester
✨Postnatal Pilates level 1
✨Postnatal Pilates level 2
✨Strength training at home level 1
✨Strength training at home level 2
