One2one is a leading, multidisciplinary health & well being clinic in Bridgend offering a whole range of services from highly skilled health professionals and instructors. The services we offer include physiotherapy, sports injury treatment/prevention, health & wellbeing consultations, lifestyle advice, ergonomic assessments, posture/back care, yoga, pilates, acupuncture, sports massage, podiatry, strength & conditioning, diet/nutrition advice, psychotherapy, counselling, CBT, life skills coaching for kids, mindfulness meditation, reiki and Thai massage.
Our dedicated team at one2one are passionate about their work and vow to treat all clients with the utmost level of care. We invest in each and every client’s wellbeing and aim to achieve optimum health for the whole person...body, mind, soul & spirit.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering remote services online so nobody misses out on their health and wellbeing consultations.
We offer 1:1 appointments via video/telephone and run exercise classes on zoom with our physiotherapists, pro athlete and yoga teachers. There are 8 regular classes per week, a mixture of core stability, strength & conditioning & yoga. We also provide bespoke classes to groups/organisations to target their individual needs (e.g. lunchtime exercise class to target poor posture at work, breathing exercises to ease symptoms of stress & anxiety, core/lower limb strength for running/cycling/triathlon clubs)
Education is another area we are passionate about at one2one which is why we provide health and wellbeing talks & workshops online during the pandemic. Topics include Posture/Back Care, Looking after your body & mind during lockdown, Health & Wellbeing, Yoga, Mindfulness, Stress Management, Improve your lifestyle for health & happiness, How to reduce the risk of sports injuries, Training at home, Core Strength, Triathlon, Improve your running technique. Bespoke educational seminars/workshops are available on request.
