Found this little gem today and had to take it home. It got me thinking about the spirit release clearings we do for cats. They are always interesting and Angelina and I love doing them.

I'm more of a dog person than a cat person, but I love cats too and they do fascinate me. Someone once said to me it's funny that you're more of a dog person when your personality is more like a cat than a dog 😂 Which I fully agree with.

I've always known cats are very spiritual and sensitive, but since doing spirit release clearings we have found so many interesting things. Past life resonances, multiple shared lives with their owners, energetic attachments, complex cords, weird timeline shifts when tuning in, even a missing cat who was found to have jumped through a portal and was playing with an earthbound child. The cat returned home after weeks of being missing when we cleared them, crossed the earthbound and had the guides leave an energetic breadcrumb tail to lead it home.

The guides have shown us that many cats even have their own witch wounds of sorts- where they were injured, traumatised by witnessing the violence or left to grieve, confused and not knowing what had happened when their owners suddenly disappeared because they were persecuted and killed. The guides explain that for many animals the energetic connections can be so strong with their owners that they sense every single emotion, and that when cats are witch's familiars this can be even more powerful. We have seen cats with past life curses and contracts, linked to these experiences or different ones.

Cats are incredibly sensitive to unseen energies, and are believed to absorb negative energy and have healing properties themselves. The guides have relayed messages from cats to their owners- explaining that while they don't use human words, the energetic messages can be interpreted into our language to tell us things. People have been worried about their cats, then we have found they are perfectly happy as they are, and are choosing a certain behaviour due to past experiences or simply due to their personality and preference. Other people have believed their cat loves lots of attention when in fact they need more space and the attention feels claustrophobic. The guides may relay messages such as the cat feels anxious or frustrated. Most of the time they say they know how loved they are.
And when it is a cat that has passed away, the message is usually that they will come back soon

I speak to many people who are on a spiritual journey and wanting to remember and reawaken their gifts so that they can use them to help others. Many get annoyed and frustrated at themselves and the process, which is understandable. We feel that the clock is ticking and we aren't keeping up, we compare ourselves to others, we feel impatient and out of alignment and we just want to get to where we feel we should be.

Moving into working in the world of spirit release feels like it happened almost overnight for me, but looking back, my whole life went into it. Years of being lost before I even started to realise that, years of unhappiness and more years of a healing journey, making sense of a spiritual awakening, building a relationship with my guides through trial and error without any goal other than curiosity. I did the training because I was fascinated by it and drawn to it time and time again and it just appeared to suddenly align. I didn't have a clue what I would actually do with it. I fully believe that having no pressure from myself or anyone else is what allowed things to flow for me in the beautiful way that they have. Spiritual gifts thrive when they have space to grow and flow in their own way. To stretch and move as they need to, without being harshly jolted, pushed or pulled.

When you put the groundwork in, but don't apply unnecessary pressure, things are able to align and flow more smoothly. They can be where they are meant to be, not where they are forced. I fully believe that there was a bigger plan, made long before I came here, from a higher perspective that sees more than I can with my human senses.

'Rushing creates tension, stress, and pressure which creates barriers and blockages within us and around us. If you are following your heart and soul, you are following the mission you chose, which was designed with divine timing and will never need to be rushed. Move with authenticity, curiosity, joy, trust and gratitude, not urgency. The plan is unfolding in ways you can't yet see'

The first time I connected (knowingly) with Yeshua was when doing spirit release clearings on some horses. I felt his energy doing some healing for them, and although it was beautiful I didn't think too much of it. Then one day with Astral Exploration with Lara Starr we were doing clearings and he unexpectedly came in. We both felt the most immense, ground shaking energy. I was sweating, shaking, crying, laughing, my teeth were chattering and I could barely speak. We both felt the same thing and there was no mistaking it being genuine. I went the shop after and felt like I was in another realm completely. I stepped outside my house and the brightest golden sun blinded me. My legs were so shaky I could barely walk. I felt like everyone who saw me must be able to tell something had happened. He told Lara through another guide later on that day that we had both received an attunement.

Since then he has come in plenty of times in our clearings, and we are more accustomed to his energy. I talk to him for guidance and messages and ask him for healing and upgrades which he does beautifully. At times Lara will ask 'what is that I can feel?' and he will explain that he is doing healing and upgrades for her too.

A few months ago I was doing a trance mediumship class. I was practising with my guide Angelina. We did a meditation where we crossed a bridge to a space with our guides. For some reason I said to Angelina 'show me a unicorn'. When I crossed the bridge, I went into soft clouds. Angelina and Yeshua were there, and next to me I saw the most beautiful, pure white unicorn. The clearest image I've ever seen. She stayed by my side and I touched her mane and fur for comfort. Recently she has started connecting with me again, her name is Sapphire and she helps with my work.

Trance mediumship is something that makes me a little anxious- not because I don't trust the guides and the process- I do completely, but because of my own insecurities. It is so different from the normal connections I am familiar with. During the class when Angelina and I first merged, I was still aware but could feel her within me. Angelina spoke through me and I could feel the words being spoken, and thought I could hear them, but our mentor couldn't hear. She said I can see you speaking but you just need to adjust to the voice box. I felt something happen and then she could hear the words. That was a surprise, I hadn't even thought of that. But they have to adjust their energy to being in a physical body just as much as we have to adjust to theirs.

At home Angelina helped me practice, patiently allowing each step, and giving words of encouragement. I wasn't the best at making time for it, but when I did it was amazing. I would feel and see 'me' resting peacefully, outside of my body, on a white bed, and the guides told me I was receiving rest and healing. Then one day when I was practicing, Yeshua wanted to come in and merge, so I let him. I understand that this would only have been the tiniest fragment of his energy, but it was so intense I wondered if I was under psychic attack. My heart pounded out of my chest so fast, I went boiling hot and it felt too much. And afterwards I felt freaked out and my imposter syndrome got triggered. I feel that people see Yeshua in a different way to many of the guides. Or maybe that's my own conditioning. Because up until not that long ago I didn't even believe in him. Anything with any sort of religious connotations didn't resonate with me at all. Working in mental health services, people who spoke about meeting (or even being) Jesus or God are often deemed to be mentally unwell. I started panicking that people wouldn't believe me or would think I was crazy.

I have been reluctant to be more open about the connection with Yeshua more because it seems to open the door to questions about what is and isn't true with regards to history and the Bible, or to people wanting to know the absolute truth of certain things that people are divided or arguing about, which doesn't align with my personality or purpose. I wish to help people be empowered and to heal, not to settle disputes or add to division. From what I know of him, that is his wish too. People have messaged me, wanting me to ask him things for them, despite him being available and willing to help every one of us, always, and my view being that everyone should be empowered to ask for themselves.

He has been coming in extra strong lately, and has been patiently waiting for me to be ready to try again with merging his energy. I have started to do little bits and am working through my own blocks to allow it fully. I know he will help me to get there and it will happen when the time is right. Knowing that it will help with the healing work we do helps keep me motivated to develop it.

If you need comfort, healing or love, know that he is always there. Call his energy to you. Open your heart and allow it in. If you struggle to feel it, just believe it✨🪽🫶🏻

I am so incredibly lucky that my journey this year has taken me to where I am. I am grateful in advance for all the amazing things that 2026 will bring. The guides are always suggesting journaling to help clients. I am going to take their advice. I always used to love sticker books when I was little, so this will help me connect with my inner child. And of course anything involving tarot is a yes from me 🧿🪬🔮

The energy was so intense in the Gettysburg lost soul rescue yesterday and brought up so many emotions and powerful reactions in so many of us, including myself. My guides and I love to work silently and I couldn't find the words at the time to explain what I was seeing, but I am reflecting on it now and filled with emotion.

I watched thousands and thousands of angels remove thousands and thousands of souls from trauma loops, fear loops and death loops, help them to heal trauma from not only their deaths but the loops themselves. There were many layers of other trauma and tragedy, from other timelines and events.

The angels gave healing to souls both passed and living, human and otherwise, far and wide in terms of time and distance who had not been directly involved in the Gettysburg battle but have been emotionally and energetically affected in some way.

What touched me the most was that there were so many loved ones of those who died in battle, who had also not crossed. Held by powerful cords of grief and love and not being able to, or not wanting to move on without them. The angels gave healing to every single one, and made sure everyone was reunited with their lovers, children and families so that they could all cross to the light together. I saw them coming back together, broken hearts mended, pain released and soul fragments returned and sealed with light and gold.

I woke up this morning feeling different. Something about me, the energy, the world feels different. It does every time we do one of these. It heals each and every one of us as well. Ive never doubted the pure true love of the guides, but at times I have lost faith in the pure true love between humans. This has helped restore it ✨🪽🫶🏻
