Neuro Physio Wales We're a team of specialist neuro physiotherapists in Kenfig Hill, offering personalised care in clinic or at home across South Wales.

We support adults and children with neurological and rehab needs—helping each person thrive, every step of the way. We provide neurological physiotherapy from our specialist clinic in Bridgend, at home and at care homes. New clients will have a full consultation and a treatment programme will be tailored for them. At our clinic we have new and specialised equipment installed to suit a wide range of needs. Our Neurological Physiotherapists are CSP and HCPC registered and 10, 20 and 30+ years experienced. We treat brain and spinal injuries, strokes and a wide range of neurological conditions such as MS, Parkinson's, Cerebral Palsy, MND, Gullian Baare Syndrome. We also specialise in balance problems/falls prevention, mobility problems and general de-conditioning.

We’re excited to be working from the fantastic new The Apogee Project space, now open in Barry. This accessible, well-equipped environment is designed to support a wide range of client needs — especially for our paediatric physiotherapy clients.

Here, one of our amazing young clients is working on sitting balance and head control to support her goal of using an eye gaze communication system — an inspiring reminder of what’s possible with the right support and environment.

A huge thank you to Chris Peak at Apogee for giving us access to this incredible space. The wide variety of specialist assistive technology available here adds real value to our physiotherapy treatments and helps us go even further in supporting our clients’ goals. 💙

Progress looks different for everyone — and for Lindy, it looks like breaking records, redefining limits, and thriving well beyond recovery.

Our incredible physiotherapist Sarah has been working closely with Lindy, a post-stroke client who came to us not just to regain function, but to push herself further than she ever thought possible.
