We’re halfway through our first week of the year, how’re your nutrition and training goals going? Have you started yet, have you been inspired by loved ones or people around you who have started their journey to bettering themselves for what they want to achieve? Are you thriving or already having moments where you feel like you want to quit? You need to ask yourself are you going to quit or are you going to knuckle down and push through.
You shouldn’t have drastically changed your life overnight to help achieve these goals, whether that’s for better health, to improve in your body composition by losing body fat or weight, or even to be gaining muscle. Drastic and extreme changes will go both ways, what goes up must come down sadly.
If you want someone to take the thinking out of it all for you, to keep you accountable or to push you through those tough workouts then find yourself a coach or personal trainer, they know what they’re doing and should have experience dealing with these scenarios.
If you’re going to invest in a coach or trainer though it has to be something you’re going to dedicate to, he/she can’t do the work for you but they can guide you and help you along the way.
I know this has been a long post but I hope we all push through.
