Book whichever class you’d like to come to. Come and see what all the hype is about and experience the pod! And don’t worry I guarantee is warm like a nice holiday not hot like a sauna 😂

Massive shout out to our ambassador Gabriella whose running the Newport Marathon today! 👏🏼. Here’s what she said about Hotpod and her training 🫶🏻 “I have seen a huge difference in my stability from consistently coming to hotpod yoga. It has been the perfect way to balance my weekly workouts and escape the roads. I’ve seen an increase in my flexibility and improvement in my balance but importantly the hour to myself to switch off. Hotpod is my happy place!😁.
