Our community is what makes this space so special, so each week we’re going to shine a little light on the amazing people who make it what it is.

🧘‍♀️ One week we’ll introduce you to one of our wonderful teachers ,sharing a little about who they are, their yoga journey and what they love in life.

And then we move on Member Monday we’ll spotlight one of our lovely members , celebrating the people who show up, support each other and bring the best energy into the room.

We can’t wait for you to get to know the faces behind the mats a little better 💛 But first up it’s me 🙈
