These treatments are often grouped together…

but they don’t do the same thing.

✨ Chemical peels
– resurface the skin
– improve tone + pigmentation
- improve skin health

✨ Microneedling
– improves texture + scarring
– stimulates collagen

✨ SQT
– no-needle stimulation
– tailored for different concerns

✨ PRX
– deeper stimulation
– improves firmness + glow

✨ Exosomes
– enhance healing + results

Same category… very different roles.

02/05/2026

Exosomes aren’t a treatment on their own.

They’re used to enhance other treatments.

They work at a cellular level to support:
– skin repair
– regeneration
– healing

So I combine them with treatments like microneedling…

to improve results and recovery.

Think of this as an advanced add-on…

to optimise your skin outcomes.

PRX isn’t a traditional peel…

and it’s not completely “no downtime” either.

It works deeper within the skin to stimulate collagen and improve firmness…

while also improving surface texture and glow.

Some patients experience mild to moderate shedding.

This is a great option if you want results…

If your skin feels uneven, textured or marked…

this is usually where I start.

Microneedling works by stimulating collagen production within the skin.

This helps improve:
– acne scarring
– fine lines
– overall texture

And when combined with active ingredients, the results are even better.

26/04/2026

Chemical peels aren’t what they used to be.

Modern systems like NOON allow us to improve:
– pigmentation
– acne
– skin tone and texture

…without excessive irritation or downtime.

They work by resurfacing the skin in a controlled way.

So you get clearer, brighter, healthier-looking skin…

without the harsh side effects people often expect from peels.

23/04/2026

SQT is often described as “no-needle microneedling”…

but it’s more advanced than that.

It uses natural spicules to stimulate the skin, helping to improve:
– acne
– pigmentation
– texture

It can even be used on the scalp to support hair growth.

Different protocols are used depending on your skin…

so it’s not one treatment — it’s a tailored approach.

How I Ended Up Running a Half Marathon (Against My Will 😅)

At the start of this year… I could only run for 30 seconds.

That’s it.

After an injury at the back end of last year, everything stopped — and I had to rebuild from scratch.

Slowly. Patiently. Week by week.

One thing that never changed though was my weekly run (therapy session 😅) with my sister. We put the world to rights, solve all our problems… and apparently sign up to things I haven’t agreed to.

About 4 weeks ago she rang me and said,“Good news… we’re running the Newport Half Marathon.”

This was completely new information to me.

But… here we are.

This Sunday we’re running it — and this one means more than just getting round 👇

We’re running for 2wish, an incredible charity that provides immediate bereavement support for families, individuals and professionals who have suddenly and traumatically lost a child or young adult.

It’s something no one ever thinks they’ll need… but when they do, that support is everything.

So if you can, please consider donating — no matter how big or small, it genuinely makes a difference 🤍

Thank you so much for your support 🫶

Filler isn’t the problem.

Overuse and poor planning is.

Used correctly, filler should:
– look natural
– support your features
– enhance your face, not change it

But it doesn’t fix:
– texture
– dullness
– skin quality

That’s where skin treatments come in.

Good results don’t come from one treatment…
they come from the right plan.

24/03/2026

Not every treatment is about adding volume or hydration.

Some are about repairing the skin.

Polynucleotides work by helping your skin:
– regenerate
– strengthen
– function better

So I use these when the skin is:
tired, damaged, inflamed… or just not at its best.

Especially for delicate areas like under the eyes.

Think: repair first → then enhance.

If your skin doesn’t feel as healthy as it used to… this is often where I start.

22/03/2026

These treatments are often grouped together…

but they don’t do the same thing.

✨ Skin boosters
– improve hydration + glow
– target fine lines and texture

✨ Profhilo
– improves hydration + elasticity
– gives a subtle tightening effect

✨ Sculptra
– stimulates collagen
– rebuilds the structure of your skin over time

So it’s not about which one is “best”…

It’s about what your skin actually needs.

And quite often, the best results come from combining them properly.

Most people don’t need more treatments…
they need the right ones.

21/03/2026

Skin boosters aren’t one treatment.

And this is where people get it wrong.

There are different types, used for different areas and different concerns.

Some are thicker and longer-lasting — better for improving overall skin quality and structure.

Others are lighter — making them more suitable for delicate areas like the forehead or under eyes.

So it’s not just about having a skin booster…

It’s about having the right one, in the right place, for your skin.

That’s what actually gives you good results.

If you’ve ever been unsure which treatment is right for you, you’re not alone — this is exactly what I help my patients with.
