We’re so proud to share that Right at Home Bridgend and the Vale celebrated incredible success at the 2025 Social Care Leadership Awards!

A huge congratulations to Joe Guishard, who was awarded Entrepreneur Leader of the Year, and to Annie Essiben Kelleher, who received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award (Home Care).

Joe’s values-driven leadership continues to transform care delivery and inspire teams across our network, while Annie’s lifelong dedication to person-centred care and mentoring others has made a lasting impact on so many lives.

Although Annie couldn’t be with us in person, she joined the celebration via FaceTime — smiling proudly as her name was announced! It was such a special moment that perfectly captured her warmth and spirit.

A beautiful example of going above and beyond.

Recently, our wonderful carers Luq and Kiera made it possible for two of our clients to attend a very special family event — their granddaughter’s wedding!

Luq and Kiera helped them get ready for the big day, accompanied them to the celebration, and ensured they returned home safely afterwards. Their support meant the world to the family, as without them, neither client would have been able to attend.

Moments like these truly reflect the heart of what we do — helping our clients live life to the fullest, surrounded by the people and occasions that matter most.
