This is really helpful and informative for mums-to-be for massage, though I would say I have always given my clients the option of abdominal massage, as I was trained to do by therapist and former midwife, Suzanne Yates, and it's always been beneficial when I've done it. It doesn't harm the baby after all other health concerns have been noted and adapted to, and baby loves it! 🤗
