A little about me………… my name is Kathryn and I began my Pilates journey following a car accident. This left me with significant neck and shoulder issues and Pilates has made such a difference; improved my core strength, stability, and reduced the level of my symptoms. It really has improved my sense of wellbeing and quality of life. This is where my passion for Pilates originates from and I want to share this with others.
I am a Level 3 Pilates Instructor, having completed this with Active IQ along with Anatomy and Physiology and the Principles of Exercise and Fitness. I am also a Purestretch Instructor and I incorporate some of these elements into my classes as they compliment one another so well.
My classes are welcoming, friendly, relaxed and yet challenging. I’m sure we will have a few giggles along the way!
