Hi guys I hope you are doing well. I’m really glad I listened to my body. I want to be able to be my best self for all of my beautiful clients. I would love to start teaching Angelic Reiki in the Autumn, I just need to be right. Since my last video post, I have decided to stop taking the Gabapentin. It was making me feel like a zombie, making my body twitch so much more and not doing anything to reduce my pain. I feel much clearer in the head, I just want to work on my body now. Everyday is different, we are going to be by the sea at the weekend and that is one of the best forms of medicine for me. I will keep you updated on my return to work. I just wanted to say hello and give you an update ❤️. Sending you all so much love ###
