Slow down, are you resting enough?. I feel like your energy is fragmented and it’s important that you listen to your body. I feel like there is some resistance, but if you were to just let go and allow your body to relax you would feel so much better. If you have been feeling overwhelmed recently, have you considered meditation or breath work to help you to let go and relax?. Breath work can be great to help reduce stress and anxiety, it reduces anger and improves sleep. Give it a try. There are some great free videos on YouTube that can help you. Listen to your body when it’s screaming at you. It’s ok to rest, you must never feel guilty ❤️

If you fall don’t worry the universe will catch you. Your Angels also have your back. This card is a message to trust. Trust you are exactly where you need to be. Trust your gut feelings around people and situations. It is understandable to guard your heart, for fear of getting hurt, but you will learn to trust again. I feel like you need some time alone, to relax and to clear your mind. One of the best places to do this is in nature. You don’t need to worry, spirit is giving you signs and this card is also a reassuring message that everything is going to be ok. I also want to say let go of the need to be right. If there are people provoking you, creating drama or making you feel uncomfortable it might be time to let go of anyone who no longer serves you. This could also be a message for you to try your very best to work on letting go of the past. Focus your energy on you and being able to move forward. Close the door on the past❤️

It’s time to stop blaming yourself, your Angels are wanting to remind you that you have done nothing wrong. Your Angels want you to find inner peace. Self forgiveness is just as important as forgiving others. Don’t always take the blame for others actions. Let go of the negative emotions such as guilt. You have done nothing wrong. You need to let go of your past. Everyday I want you to say to yourself ‘I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you. Time to start showing yourself lots of love and remember you can’t control how others behave, but you can control how you react to their behaviour. Don’t always think that everything is your fault. Keep a journal of any vivid dreams you remember the next day. You may find that premonitions become more regular. Do you think about someone and then they call you or you bump into them? If your third eye chakra becomes blocked, you may have difficulty sleeping, suffer with headaches or experience anxiety. If you are someone experiencing any of these issues, meditation, yoga and affirmations can all help.
